Important: A video DVD must be playing Link.
Select: Function selector button MEDIA > function selector button SETUP > Pict. format.
You can set the following functions for the picture format:
- Automatic adjustment - the picture format is adjusted automatically. The width of the picture varies depending on the film format.
- Standard (4:3) - the DVD picture is displayed in the format 4:3.
- Widescreen (16:9) - the DVD picture is displayed in the format 16:9.
- Zoom - the DVD picture is expanded to the full screen.
- Cinemascope - the picture format is displayed in the width-to-height ratio 2.35:1.
